idea to launch in six months

We take an idea from a sentence to a real launch using the smallest sensible route — sometimes a £1k builder site, sometimes a complete product and operating system — with six months as the outer target, not the minimum scope.

This is an end-to-end way of working, not a fixed £25k package. We start by deciding what has to exist to test the idea properly, choose the cheapest technology that can do that job, and build backwards from a launch date rather than forwards from a wish list.

typical timeline: A focused builder launch can take 1 to 3 weeks. A new brand and custom platform can take up to six months, provided decisions come back within the same week they are asked.

who this is for

pick this if any of these are true.

not this? A scope that will not close. One person adding just one more thing is the single most common reason six months becomes eighteen.

  • Founders with an idea and a date in mind
  • Existing businesses launching a separate venture
  • Investors who need a proposition proved, not described
  • Anyone who has been quoted separately by four different agencies

what you actually get

01

month one — decide

Who it is for, what they do instead, what you charge, and the smallest version a stranger would still pay for. Plus an explicit not-now list.

02

month two — name & brand

Name, domain, identity, tone and enough design system to build against. A public page goes up to start collecting interest.

03

months three & four — build

The product, shipped weekly. Solved problems bought rather than rebuilt. Search foundations engineered in, not added later.

04

month five — findable & sellable

Content, AEO, analytics on commercial events, email sequences, launch creative, terms and support ownership.

05

month six — launch

Soft launch to the list, fix what breaks, then go wide. Launch is a week, not a day.

06

the first ninety days

Watch where people stop, talk to those who paid and those who did not, and change the offer if the evidence says to.

how we do it

01

one scope

Agreed in writing. Changes go on a list for after launch.

02

weekly visibility

You see it every week, so nothing is a surprise in month five.

03

buy the solved parts

Payments, auth, email, analytics, accounting. Never rebuilt.

04

real content early

Placeholder text hides every problem worth finding.

05

one accountable owner

Someone has to be answerable for the date. Usually us, always named.

the tools we use

Named, not implied. If a tool is on this list we have shipped production work with it.

questions people ask

Can a real business genuinely launch in six months?

Yes, when the scope closes and decisions are fast. The compression comes from one team covering strategy, brand, product and search, plus buying every solved component instead of building it.

Does idea to launch always cost £25,000 or more?

No. If the right first version is a focused Wix or Squarespace site, it can begin around £1,000. A custom site commonly sits around £5,000 to £10,000; a substantial CMS or web app may start around £25,000. The route and combination of work set the price.

What do you need from us?

A decision-maker who answers within the week, a realistic budget for the scope, and honesty about the numbers. That is genuinely the difference between six months and never.

What if the idea turns out to be wrong?

Better to find out in month one than month twelve. The first hour is usually spent making the idea smaller, and that is what makes it happen.
