Office and group sweepstakes are traditionally a paper draw and a WhatsApp argument. Nobody knows the standings until someone volunteers to work them out.

Make the sweepstake update itself. Take the fixtures, take the draw, and turn the whole thing into one live page that anyone can open — no accounts, no admin, no spreadsheet.
