the situation
Pete's audience lives on other people's platforms: tens of millions of video views, festival crowds, a following spread across social feeds and streaming services. There was no single place that felt like him, held the music and videos together, and gave promoters and press an obvious route to get in touch.
the thinking
The site is a stage, not a shop. Nothing is being sold here — the job is to make the performance land in the first two seconds, then let people fall into the videos, the music and the live dates without hitting anything that feels like admin.
