the situation
The commercial side of a talent agency lives in a hundred small documents. Enquiries, availability, fees, contracts, invoices, travel, itineraries and follow-ups were spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and folders, with the same information typed out repeatedly.
the thinking
One source of truth. If the talent record, the booking record and the client record are properly connected, then contracts, invoices and itineraries stop being documents somebody writes and become documents the system produces.
